For Individual Owner:
- ID card of the Owner. Preferably Aadhar card. But passport, driving license, PAN card all work.
- 2 passport size photographs of the Owner. If more than 1 Owner then 2 photos of each Owner.
- Ownership proof. Sale Deed/ Conveyance deed but not electricity bill etc. (very often forgotten.)
For Individual Tenant:
- ID card of the Tenant. Preferably Aadhar card. But passport, driving license, PAN card all work.
- 2 passport size photographs of Tenant. If more than one Tenant then 2 photos of each Tenant.
Where Owner is a Company:
- PAN card of Company. Copy is fine but carrying original is better as registrar can insist.
- Board resolution authorizing the person signing as authorized signatory. Even if director in Company, this is needed. Original and copy both will be needed.
- ID card of the Authorised signatory. Preferably Aadhar card. But passport, driving license, PAN card all work.
- Stamp of the Company (very often forgotten.)
- 2 passport size photographs of the authorized signatory.
- Ownership proof. Sale Deed/ Conveyance deed but not electricity bill etc.
Where Tenant is a Company:
- PAN card of Company. Copy is fine but carrying original is better as registrar can insist.

Note:
- Make sure the same ID details are written on registration papers as carried.
